ABOUT KALAHI-CIDSS
Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services
It is one of the programs being implemented by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). It uses the community-driven development (CDD) approach, a globally recognized strategy for achieving service delivery, poverty reduction, and good governance outcomes.

The process of conducting a market survey and inventory of available resources, and organizing the necessary procurement bodies such as the BAC, CNSPMC Chairman, PT, MIT, and AIT to ensure proper planning and implementation of procurement activities.
Presented below are the different program modalities and their corresponding number of municipalities:
- KKB = 5 Municipalities
- PCRP = 54 Municipalities
- PMNP = 58 MunicipalitiesThe process of conducting a further market survey of material price lists based on the identified intervention, providing capacity building for community volunteers, and preparing the Community Procurement Plan to support proper procurement implementation.
